مقدّمة: الجماع بين الحكمة والغاية
لم يُخلق الجماع عبثًا، ولم يُشرّع بوصفه فعلًا غريزيًا بلا مقصد، بل جُعل لغاية فطرية أصيلة: التكاثر وجلب نفسٍ جديدة إلى الوجود. فكما لا حصاد بلا زرع، فإن الولد هو الحصاد، والسائل الذي أودعه الله في الإنسان هو مادة الزرع.
ومن هنا، فإن اختزال الجماع في كونه علاقة حميمية أو وسيلة متعة مجردة، هو فصل للفعل عن غايته، وإفراغ له من حكمته، وتحويل لوظيفة خلقية ذات مقصد إلهي إلى ممارسة منحرفة عن أصلها الفطري.
حفظ الجوهر وأثره في الوعي والقوة
إن إهدار هذا السائل الحيوي—للذكر والأنثى على السواء—لا يمرّ بلا ثمن. فالإفراط في تفريغه ينعكس ضعفًا في البنية النفسية والروحية، ويؤدي إلى هشاشة داخلية تجعل الإنسان أكثر قابلية للتأثر والاختراق من شياطين الجن، نتيجة تراجع حصانته الباطنية واضطراب توازنه الداخلي.
وفي المقابل، فإن حفظ هذا الجوهر وضبطه وفق الفطرة السليمة يثمر ارتقاءً واضحًا في الوعي، وقوة في الداخل، وانفتاحًا على أبواب العطاء الإلهي: صحةً، وصفاءً، علمًا، إبداعًا، وثباتًا.
وهكذا يقف الإنسان أمام خيار لا ثالث له:
إمّا صعود في الوعي والقوة، أو هبوط في الضعف والتشتّت.
بين العلم الظاهر والباطن: ميزان التمييز
منذ بدايات الإنسان، تشكّلت المعرفة في مسارين متكاملين:
علوم ظاهرة تُدرك بالحس والتجربة.
وعلوم باطنية تتصل ببنية الإنسان الداخلية: وعيه، طاقته، وروحه.
لم تكن المشكلة يومًا في وجود العلم الباطني، بل في تشويهه أو إقصائه خوفًا من أثره التحريري على وعي الإنسان؛ إذ إن الإنسان الواعي أقل قابلية للقياد. ومع الزمن، اختلط الحق بالزيف، فصُوِّر الباطل علمًا، ونُعت الحق بالضلال.
والفيصل هنا ليس كثرة المعلومات، بل القدرة على التمييز بين:
الفطرة والتحريف
السنن الإلهية الثابتة وما يناقضها
فالعلم لا يُقبل ولا يُرفض بالهوى، بل يُوزن بميزان العقل السليم وسنن الله في الخلق.
الشاكرات: الحقيقة المجردة بلا تشويه
تُعدّ الشاكرات من أكثر المفاهيم التي تعرّضت للخلط والرفض قبل الفهم. فهي ليست طقوسًا، ولا عبادات، ولا كيانات مقدسة مستقلة، ولا تتعارض مع التوحيد.
إنما هي وصف لخارطة باطنية للإنسان، تقابل الخارطة الجسدية الظاهرة من عظم و اعصاب ونحوه. فالإنسان ليس مادة فقط، بل منظومة متكاملة تتكوّن من:
الروح: مصدر الحياة والوعي والفكر
العقل: أداة المعالجة للجسم وتلقي الفكر والوعي من الروح
الجسد: وسيلة الفعل والتنفيذ
وكما أن لأعضاء الجسد وظائف محسوسة، فإن للأنظمة الباطنية وظائف غير مرئية لكنها شديدة الأثر. والشاكرات ليست أكثر من توصيف لحركة الوعي والطاقة داخل هذا الكيان، وفق سنن فطرية دقيقة أودعها الله في الإنسان.
والخلل لم يكن في الأصل، بل فيما أُلصق به من طقوس دخيلة وتفسيرات محرّفة. والحكمة تقتضي التنقية لا الرفض، فالذهب لا يُلغى لأنه اختلط بالتراب.
السائل المنوي: جوهر الحياة والطاقة
السائل المنوي هو مادة الخلق الأولى، وجوهر الطاقة الحيوية في الإنسان. لم يُودع للهدر أو اللهو، بل جُعل سببًا مباشرًا لخلق الحياة، ومخزونًا من القوة والاتزان الداخلي.
وحفظه لا ينعكس على الإنجاب وحده، بل يمتد أثره إلى:
مستوى الطاقة الحيوية
القوة الجسدية والنفسية
الصفاء الذهني
الاستقرار الداخلي العام
ومن الخطأ تحويل الفوائد الثانوية المؤقتة للمعاشرة—كتحسين المزاج أو إفراز بعض الهرمونات—إلى غاية مستقلة، كما أن وجود منافع في أمرٍ ما لا يبرر جعله أصلًا إذا كان يفضي إلى الإفساد. فالعبرة دائمًا بميزان النتائج، لا باللذة الآنية.
الغاية الأصلية للمعاشرة الزوجية
الغاية الفطرية الأصيلة للجماع هي الإنجاب واستمرار النسل. أما المتعة والمودة والسكينة فهي آثار طبيعية تابعة، لا مقاصد قائمة بذاتها.
وجعل المتعة غاية، والإنجاب نتيجة عرضية، هو قلب للفطرة وتحريف لمسارها.
وقد عبّر القرآن عن هذا المعنى بدقة حين قال:
نساؤكم حرثٌ لكم فأتوا حرثكم أنى شئتم [البقرة: 223]
فالحرث لغةً موضع زرعٍ يُقصد به الحصاد، لا اللهو، وفي الآية ترتيب واضح للمقاصد:
الأصل هو الزرع والحصاد (الولد)، وما عداه نتائج تابعة.
الخلاصة الجامعة
السائل المنوي ماء الحياة ومخزن الطاقة الحيوية.
حفظه ووعيه ارتقاء وقوة.
إهداره بغير وعي استنزاف وهبوط
الأمر أشبه بلعبة السُلّمٍ والثعبان:
الانضباط والحفظ سُلّم يرفعك.
التفريط والإسراف ثعبان يسحبك إلى الأسفل.
وكما قال الحكماء:
ابن سينا: «أقلل نكاحك ما استطعت، فإنه نور الحياة يُراق في الأرحام».
«نور الحياة»: يقصد بها المني الذي يعتبره في الطب القديم خلاصة طاقة الجسم ونشاطه.
«يُراق في الأرحام»: أي يضيع ويُستهلك بكثرة، مما يضعف البدن، يقلل المناعة، ويسبب الهزال (استنزاف القوى الطبيعية)
الإمام مالك: «لا تكثروا الجماع، فإنه يذهب مخ الساقين ونور العينين».
نصيحة تحذّر من الإفراط في الجماع، لما قد يسببه من ضعف وهزال للجسم بذهاب "مخ الساقين" (إشارة إلى الضعف الجسدي) و"نور العينين" (إشارة إلى تأثيره على الحواس أو البصر)عند التمعن في نصائح الحكماء نسنتج ان هناك ترابط بين الصحة و ماء الذكر والانثى،
الخلاصة العملية
كلما حافظ الإنسان على جوهره(السائل المنوي)، ازداد قوةً وصفاءً ووعيًا.
وكلما استنزفه بغير بصيرة(بجهل)، ضعف أكثر مما يظن، وقد تتراكم الآثار حتى تُحدث تصدعات داخلية تفتح أبواب الضرر.
والاتجاه دائمًا… رهن باختياراتك.

Introduction: Sexual Intercourse Between Wisdom and Purpose
Sexual intercourse was not created in vain, nor was it ordained as a purely instinctive act without intent. Rather, it was established for an original, innate purpose: procreation and the bringing of a new soul into existence. Just as there is no harvest without sowing, the child is the harvest, and the fluid God has placed within the human being is the seed.
Accordingly, reducing intercourse to a mere intimate act or a tool for abstract pleasure is a severance of the act from its purpose, an emptying of its wisdom, and a transformation of a creational function with a divine objective into a practice distorted from its innate origin.
Preserving the Essence and Its Effect on Awareness and Strength
The wasting of this vital fluid—by both male and female alike—does not occur without consequence. Excessive depletion manifests as weakness in the psychological and spiritual structure, producing an inner fragility that makes a person more susceptible to influence and intrusion by devils among the jinn, due to the decline of inner immunity and the disturbance of internal balance.
Conversely, preserving this essence and regulating it in accordance with sound innate nature leads to a clear elevation in awareness, inner strength, and openness to divine bestowals: health, clarity, knowledge, creativity, and steadiness.
Thus, the human being stands before a choice with no third option:
either ascent in awareness and strength, or descent into weakness and fragmentation.
Between Outer and Inner Knowledge: The Criterion of Discernment
Since the dawn of humanity, knowledge has taken two complementary paths:

Outer sciences, perceived through the senses, experimentation, and observation.

Inner sciences, connected to the human inner structure: awareness, energy, and spirit.
The problem has never been the existence of inner knowledge itself, but rather its distortion or exclusion out of fear of its liberating effect on human awareness—since an aware human is less easily controlled. Over time, truth became mixed with falsehood: falsehood was dressed as knowledge, and truth was labeled misguidance.
The true distinction, therefore, lies not in the abundance of information, but in the ability to discern between:

innate nature and distortion

the fixed divine laws and what contradicts them
Knowledge is neither accepted nor rejected by whim; it is weighed by sound reason and the divine laws governing creation.
Chakras: The Unadulterated Reality Without Distortion
Chakras are among the most misunderstood concepts, often rejected before being understood. They are neither rituals, nor acts of worship, nor independent sacred entities, nor do they contradict monotheism.
Rather, they are a description of the human inner map, corresponding to the outer physical map of bones, nerves, and the like. The human being is not merely matter, but an integrated system composed of:

Spirit: the source of life, awareness, and thought

Mind: the instrument responsible for managing the body and receiving awareness and thought from the spirit

Body: the means of action and execution
Just as bodily organs have tangible functions, inner systems possess unseen yet profoundly influential functions. Chakras are nothing more than a description of the movement of awareness and energy within this being, according to precise innate laws placed by God within the human.
The flaw lies not in the origin of this knowledge, but in the foreign rituals and distorted interpretations attached to it. Wisdom calls for purification, not rejection—for gold is not discarded because it is mixed with soil.
Seminal Fluid: The Essence of Life and Energy
Seminal fluid is the primary substance of creation and the core of vital energy in the human being. It was not placed for waste or frivolity, but made a direct cause for the creation of life and a ذخيرة (reserve) of strength and inner balance.
Its preservation does not affect procreation alone; its impact extends to:

the level of vital energy
-
physical and psychological strength
-
mental clarity
-
overall inner stability
It is a mistake to elevate temporary secondary benefits of intercourse—such as mood improvement or hormone release—into an independent objective. The presence of some benefits in a matter does not justify making it the foundation if it leads to corruption. The true measure is always outcomes, not momentary pleasure.
The Original Purpose of Marital Relations
The original innate purpose of intercourse is procreation and the continuation of lineage. Pleasure, affection, and tranquility are natural secondary effects, not independent objectives in themselves.
To make pleasure the goal and procreation a mere byproduct is a reversal of innate nature and a distortion of its course.
The Qur’an expressed this meaning with precision:
“Your wives are a tilth for you, so come to your tilth as you wish”
(Al-Baqarah 2:223)
Linguistically, tilth refers to a place of cultivation intended for harvest, not amusement. The verse clearly orders objectives:
the foundation is sowing and harvest (the child), while all else is secondary.
The Comprehensive Conclusion

Seminal fluid is the water of life and the reservoir of vital energy.

Preserving it with awareness leads to elevation and strength.

Wasting it without awareness leads to depletion and decline.
The matter resembles a game of ladders and snakes:

discipline and preservation are a ladder that lifts you up;

negligence and excess are a snake that drags you downward.
As the sages said:

Ibn Sina (Avicenna):
“Reduce sexual intercourse as much as you can, for it is the light of life poured into the wombs.”
By “light of life,” he referred to semen, which classical medicine regarded as the distilled energy of the body and its vitality. “Poured into the wombs” implies excessive loss and consumption, leading to bodily weakness, reduced immunity, and emaciation. -
Imam Malik ibn Anas:
“Do not engage excessively in intercourse, for it removes the marrow of the legs and the light of the eyes.”
A warning against excess due to its potential to weaken the body—“the marrow of the legs” symbolizing physical strength, and “the light of the eyes” symbolizing sensory vitality.
Reflecting on the words of the sages reveals a clear connection between health and the seminal fluid of both male and female.
Practical Conclusion
The more a person preserves their essence(sacred fluid/semen) , the greater their strength, clarity, and awareness.
And the more they deplete it without insight, the weaker they become—often more than they realize—until effects accumulate and create inner fractures that open the door to harm.
The direction is always… determined by your choices.
