وَقَضَيْنَا إِلَىٰ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ فِي الْكِتَابِ لَتُفْسِدُنَّ فِي الْأَرْضِ مَرَّتَيْنِ وَلَتَعْلُنَّ عُلُوًّا كَبِيرًا (4) فَإِذَا جَاءَ وَعْدُ أُولَاهُمَا بَعَثْنَا عَلَيْكُمْ عِبَادًا لَّنَا أُولِي بَأْسٍ شَدِيدٍ فَجَاسُوا خِلَالَ الدِّيَارِ ۚ وَكَانَ وَعْدًا مَّفْعُولًا (5)

 We can say that most of the world's governments lost the war against the children of Israel. And now they in power of the world.

يمكننا القول إن معظم حكومات العالم خسرت الحرب ضد بني إسرائيل. والآن من يتولى زمام العالم هم بني أسرائيل 

We can observe on the above video that they are forced to comply with orders and terms imposed on them and their people by foreign forces, and if they do not follow the terms, the consequences will be dire.

نلاحظ هنا أنهم مجبرون على الامتثال للأوامر والشروط المفروضة عليهم وعلى شعبهم من قبل قوى خارجية، وإذا لم يلتزموا بالشروط فإن العواقب ستكون وخيمة.

The "Māori ripping paper" incident in New Zealand Parliament involved Māori MP Hana-Rawhiti Maipi-Clarke tearing up a controversial bill (the "Indigenous Treaty Bill") while leading a powerful haka (traditional dance) in November 2024, protesting legislation seen as undermining the rights of Māori and the Treaty of Waitangi. This act, supported by other Māori MPs and protesters marching (hikoi), highlighted deep divisions over the treaty's interpretation and led to temporary parliamentary suspensions for the protesting MPs.

We can observe in the video above that there are higher powers imposing terms on the indigenous citizens. These terms and agreements have not pleased the indigenous citizens, as they seek to erase their identity and traditions. This phenomenon applies to all countries worldwide; there are imposed terms and pressures exerted on the rulers of indigenous nations by powers that do not openly disclose their intentions to the public. This is reminiscent of the second rise of the Children of Israel mentioned in the Holy Quran.

يمكننا أن نلاحظ في الفيديو أعلاه الخاص بالشعب الماوري أن هناك قوى خارجية تفرض السيطرة وشروطًا على المواطنين الأصليين كذلك في جميع دول العالم. لم تُرضِ هذه الشروط والاتفاقيات المواطنين الأصليين، حيث يسعون في البنود الجديدة إلى محو هويتهم وتقاليدهم مما ادى الى غضبهم وانتفاضتهم.

 تنطبق هذه الظاهرة على جميع البلدان في جميع أنحاء العالم؛ فهناك شروط مفروضة وضغوط تُمارس على حكام الدول الأصلية من قبل قوى خارجية لا يتم التحدث بها علنًا عن للمواطنين. وهنا نرجع ونستند بهذه الأحداث في العلو الثاني لبني إسرائيل المذكور في القرآن الكريم.
